Boring ~Yawn~

That is my life right now.

Nothing at all really exciting or blog worthy.  My days and nights consist of church (choir practice, la la la, expressive worship practice), work (I can talk to you about the legal end of your refinance if you want to), softball (would you like to know the inner workings of high school softball???? I didn't think so. ), reading Eclipse for the second time ( e.mail me if you want to talk about it).

I lead an oh so exciting life!

I meant to do lots of laundry this weekend, that did not happen.

I meant to do lots of spray painting this weekend, that did not happen.

I did go out with my friend Melinda Saturday night.  We took the girls to the movies and then we went and ate at this Mexican restaurant called Cantina Laredo that was really good.  We were about to order dessert when the girls came and joined us so we ended up ordering three desserts.

MEXICAN BROWNIE
Brownie with pecans on a sizzling skillet with Mexican Brandy
Butter and vanilla or cinnamon ice cream

MEXICAN APPLE PIE
Sizzled in Mexican Brandy Butter and topped with choice of
cinnamon or vanilla ice cream

CHOCOLATE CAKE
With vanilla ice cream topped with chocolate sauce

Let me just say that the Mexican Apple Pie was awesome!!!!!! And the smell oh my gosh it was just as good as the pie!  They bring it to you on a skillet and then pour the Brandy Butter over it and it sizzles and tastes and smells oh so delicious! Mmmmmmmm :)

Oh and then yesterday I went to Church, then Expressive worship practice, and then watched Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

I am telling you I am so exciting and fun to be around its scary!

What did you do this weekend????

Having a slow weekend can be good for the soul. Next weekend, I have NO ..do you hear me or read me...NO sports..no basketball...no soccer...nothing! Yahoo! I am clicking my heals! Of course, I have 4 soccer practices this week but who's counting!

Yum, those desserts sound awesome!

It's just been the same old, same old around here too...but that's a good thing for a house full of toddlers. :)

How did I miss this post?

Were you watching Harry Potter because you like the movie or for Cederic? :) I know Syd must love that movie.

My little Diva Daughter is a Harry Potter fan to the MAX!

Me too. Life is kinda boring right now...well, as boring as it can be with 3 small children. I think it's just the end of the winter blaas. Can't wait for some more sunshiny weather so we can get out and get some vitamin D.
