Do you have a hard time getting you children to brush their teeth??? Do you have a hard time brushing your own teeth??? (I hope not)
The night time routine with L.L. is the same:
1. Take your shower
2. I mean it get in the shower
3. L.L. if I have to tell you one more time to get in the shower!!!
4. Logan that was not long enough in the shower there is NO WAY you could have washed off properly.
5. Logan did you wash your hair, come here and let me see
6. You hair is not even wet get back in there and actually take a shower!
7. Did you brush your teeth?
8. Logan go brush your teeth you don't want cavities.
9. Logan go brush your teeth girls don't like boys with stinky breath.
10. What do you mean you can't use your toothbrush??
Apparently L.L. can no longer use his toothbrush because there was one of these on there.....
Cant say that I blame him. Lucky for him we have backup toothbrushes. :)

so facinating. i'm glad to hear that i'm not the only one that sounds like a broken record regarding night time routines!
great pic of logan!
yep..is all I can say.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that you practiced catch and release. Lady bugs have a special place in my heart (hmmmmm, blog post?) and I am choosing to believe that you are not a squisher.
I MISSED YOU!!
sounds about right!
Yup...I have a couple of those at my house too. Thank goodness for back up toothbrushes!
BTW, your photos are beautiful. You have some mad skills woman!
With Shiloh it's always, "GET OUT of the shower." Brushing teeth is about the same as L.L. minus the bugs.
Oh, can I ever relate. I actually smell the quick-shower-taker's hair. Funny how they still stick to their story when their hair smells, well, like dirty hair! I mean, I want to SMELL the shampoo! :) They can't HANDLE the shampoo!
That picture is classic! Love it! My son takes the longest showers imaginable. I'm scared to ask what takes him so long! However, getting him to actually take one is a chore and everything else is done lickety-split. Boys.
Hmmm, you could threaten to bathe him yourself he would try a little harder, becasue what boy wants that?? LOL!!!
Okay...he is so cute...wow!!! Oh my are the ladybugs coming back already!???
sandy toe
LOL! Have you ever seen Bill Cosby "Himself". This makes me think of the part he calls, "the same thing happens every night".
If you've never seen it, you must!
BOY ISSUES . . . weird boy issues! We have them too TIME four!
But he's just a little boy!!!!!
I love that picture. I'd like a hard copy for my wallet. And I never did get the one I wanted of Syd.
So, should I not wait on pictures?
Thats not a new flavor of toothpaste...oops
My 7 year old is just the opposite:
Libbey, you've been brushing for 5 minutes...I think those teeth are pearls by now!
Now Caroline...I'm grateful if she does more than eats the toothpaste!
p.s. Love the ladybuy pic--did you take that?
Wow, ladybugs already?
I'm just happy it's not snowing!
Hello, I'm Archie and I belong in a warmer climate :-)
Hey Valarie!
Been there done it all! My son is 30 but it seems like we just went through all of that. Time surely has a way of slipping away. Enjoy every minute, they grow up so fast.
I have something for you over at my blog. It is a funny...I hope you get a giggle.
Hugs,
Kimmie
