1. I guess that means I should post something. I am tired of giving you my reasons for being gone, because I sound like a broken record. Busy, Busy, Busy lets just put it that way.

2. So the other day as I was doing my elliptical trying to read, I realized that it was difficult to read and do an elliptical. Your head bounces all over the place and you can't stay focused on the words.

5. The story about the baby chicks is partially true. Lisa said Mama bought them though after Lisa picked them out of the front window at Koons Department store. We really did eat them, I asked my Daddy to be sure.

6. Koons Department store burned to the ground. The whole town sat on the square and watched. Including me, I think I was about 8.

7. I am not sure if thats how you spell Koons Department Store.

8. It was next door to Carters Drug store. Ya know that saying "Carters Little Pills", well they have a lot of little pills.

9. The Municiple building now stands where Koons once stood.

Beautiful photos of the rainbow. I love the color of the trees. I love reminiscing...I miss our Piggly Wiggly in town.
I dont comment that often, but I thought I'd let you know I like to read even if you dont post everyday.
You wont lose me. :)
I can't read on the elliptical either...it makes me seasick!
We had a storm last week that produced multiple rainbows for us, too. They were the brightest rainbows I've ever seen and I didn't have my camera with me. Bummer.
You're forgiven. Now, come visit! ;-)
Blessings!
Dawn
You are forgiven! HUgs!
Great photos, thanks for sharing them,as long as I can read the screan on the 'puter I will continue to follow you, unless you choose to stop blogging that is.
Love the rainbow AND the one line stories! Why do you think the place is haunted? or is it just a folk tale?
well you'd better decide what's most important..living life or blogging.
I know I know it's hard but you'll make the right choice ;D
Missed seeing post..that's all.
Like those rainbows and it's promise!
I can't read while working out either.
that was a boring post!
booo!!
i dont like that movie theatre :/ it scares me..
I have lost and gained followers many times. It bothered me at first and then I decided that I was putting too much importance into having a 'following'. So I moved it down a bit on my sidebar and I just say "thank God for the ones who stay and bless those that leave."
I think a haunted movie theater blog post would be very interesting - do tell...
HUGS!!
I LOVE your random post!
~Amanda
I once had a lady who would follow me one week and not the next. Her face would be in that little square and then "poof" gone, back again gone again. I finally called her out on it and said "hey did I say something to offend you or do you just find me boring"!?
Real friends stay with you through the good, bad and the boring! LOL!
Your not a loser in anyway.
1. I can't read on the elliptical machine either. I secretly admire people who can. Who are they??
2. We love you. You are not a loser.
you are not losing readers! and definitely NOT a loser.
i too am so busy to post in my blog. so far, you are posting WAY more than i!
love the pics!
Still following :)
Love the pics!
Val, honey, You will never be a loser. I am a faithful follower, but sometimes I get a little antsy when you go for days withouty having anything to say. Hey, what about Jessie's quilt, and your's. I will soon have one for L L and Syd.
By the way, Koon's is spelled Kuhn's.
And I have never heard anything about the theater being haunted, but maybe a "hant" just won't appear to me. I lived in a Haunted house all of my life, and never saw anything. But other people did, including Mama and Daddy and one of my cousins. I'll tell you about it sometime.
Love ya lots
It is always fu to pop in an see what's new!
I am a fair weather follwer :-)
I'm still here :D.. just not on and able to post/comment as much as I would like to these days.
