A.E.P # 1

Alternate Eating Plan Rule # 1 -

Don't beat yourself up for eating a cheeseburger and french fries (From a greasy diner, the best cheeseburgers you can get!)after your son's basketball game. I mean it was totally celebratory, they won their second game (all season!). Everyone knows that celebration dinners are totally calorie and fat free. ~duh~

Oh I so agree. No basketball game involved and I had Mexican for lunch and fried taters, corn bread, beans and fudge at Connie's for dinner! Still fat free?

Tuesday is actually another day for me. When the kids go back to school. Today, tomorrow, and Moday are free eating days. I bought marshmallows tonight just for that eating plan.
