This morning I was getting ready, and heard a commercial on TV for a CD with Alvin and the Chipmunks singing the latest hits. You have got to be kidding me right? So I went to trusty ole YouTube to find the commercial. No luck :(
Instead I found something even worse. Something that you just might need therapy for after listening to. Brace yourself's.........
I know, I know, I am so sorry I had to subject you to that. I mean Simon does have a pretty good guitar solo in there, but I mean come on, can anyone compare to this......

Hahahahaha, that's just too funny! And only mildly disturbing. It's so hard to take a song seriously when it's sung in a chipmunk voice.... Imagine how difficult it would be for teenagers to become surly and sullen if all their death metal sounded like that!!!!
I really don't understand how Alvin & the Chipmunks got away with that. Truly. It's just not right. At all.

Aw, in high school my mom & I waited hours in the rain to try and get Bon Jovi tickets. They sold the last TEN to the man if front of us!!! We were so mad. I even had a dog named Jovi!!! Thanks girl!

LOL! I was playing the chipmunk version and my kids immediately yelled out it's the chipmunks. They love that movie. I agree the real thing is definitely better to listen to and better to look at. Rock on!
Oh... Bon Jovi... he is my dream man! What I would like to know is just how many of those they have sold??

When it came up my kids yelled "That is the chipmunks playing On A Prayer" and they started singing and dancing. Rock Band. Love to tell them everything is from when I was in high school

I had the Urban Chipmunk album when I was a kid. I loved it when they sang Lukenbach Texas.

Ok I am laying low...I love those chipmunks....sorry I guess I am the weird one in the bunch...I never really liked Bon Jovi..I do like the looks of the guys but just didn't care for rock. Ok ducking my head down low before someone throws something at me...
I thought the same thing when I saw the Alvin and the Chipmunks commercial! The video takes me back to high school too-those were the days.
