I have come to the conclusion that my duck thinks he is a cow. Everywhere the cows go there is the duck.
Hey don't stick your tongue out at me! I guess she doesn't want her picture taken.
In case you didn't know it, cows are extremely nosey. You walk up to the fence with a camera and they immediately want to know what's going on.
They will get pretty close too.
Oh and I had to share this next picture with you. I actually can not believe I got it. As I was going in a butterfly was fluttering about on my lantana. This is what I got.....

Wait, you have cows and a duck??? I didn't know that. So, you are a little bit country and a little bit rock and roll? North Alabama is so funny to me- big ole $600,000 homes with a pasture of cows next door. Love it! I love the people who's heritage comes from hard working farming and they have lived here and farmed generations. Do you have any milk cows, or do you (eat) them? I tried to say that quietly. We tried duck on the cruise. It was REALLY REALLY good- it tasted a lot like ham. Ha, you thought I was gonna say chicken didn't you?
My fav would be the butterfly shot...nice!
That last picture is truly amazing. The flowers are so colorful and to get the butterfly...so COOL!

I like the way you spend you Saturdays! We went to the beach for about an hour. It was pleasant.

I always wanted a calf as a pet growing up. I'm not sure I've outgrown that desire. They are precious and Carmel is beautiful!
