ALIVE

*******I AM GOING TO LEAVE THIS POST AT THE TOP FOR A AWHILE SCROLL DOWN FOR NEWER POST*******

The following is an excerpt from what our preacher spoke about at Church today. The title of the sermon was, "If a Man Dies, Will He Live Again?" I really liked the third point of the sermon and wanted to share it today.

How can we attain eternal life?

The sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the law. But Thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:56, 57 (NIV)

Two reasons why you would refuse a fantastic offer:

A. People reject the offer of Christ because of a love of sin.

B. Because of Personal Pride

Are you willing to bet your soul that man does not live again? He does live again. The question you and I have to answer is, "Have I accepted Jesus as my personal Lord and Savior?"

For God so loved the World that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. John 3:16

"He's Alive, He's Alive, He's Alive Halleluieah! He's Alive, Praise and Glory to the Lamb!!!"

I LOVE that question! It's the kind of question that sparks REALLY good conversations with unbelieving friends!

Hope you had a wonderful Easter!!! (sorry it's taken me so long to comment here! I'm usually not so bad!!)
