Hey y'all! Its Lisa (Valarie's sister)
I just came on here to tattle on Valarie. You know how we all "hated" listening to her tell us that she doesn't drink anything with sugar in it? Just too perfect don't you think? (See a couple of posts below if you don't remember her exact words.) Anyway, I just wanted to report that when she got in the car with me to go out to eat last night, that she was toting a honking bottle of Sundrop. Ummmhummm, you don't drink anything with sugar in it, huh?
In case you don't know what Sundrop is, it is the BEST carbonated beverage on the planet. Why? I think it is because it has the most SUGAR of all the colas. It also has the most caffeine. So be careful.

Sundrop
Hey, we all have our flaws and our weaknesses! Mine happens to be Sun-Drop, and from time to time you just have a craving for one of those things. So I will revise my previous statement. I drink water MOST of the time, and everynow and then I will drink a Sun-Drop, the BEST carbonated beverage on the planet. I will pay for it tomorrow at my 5:00 work out. --- Valarie :)

I've never heard of Sun-Drop. Is it a Southern drink? I'm a yankee if ya couldn't tell:)
I have cut WAY back on sugar - not so much for the weight thing more for my skin and just overall good health. I feel crappy if I eat or drink a lot of sugar.
So I hear ya Val - sometimes a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do - right?
Denitra, yes Sun-Drop is a southern thing. I can remember going up north and ordering one, and the waitress looking at me and saying "Your not in the South, we don't have that". Also my family up in Michagan, they will come down and then take cases of the stuff home.

Thanks A LOT! Now I am craving the stuff! That was a special treat when I was kid. My Dad would buy them for me when I went to the store with him. Thanks Lisa for the memory, and thanks for tattling on Valarie. I am glad she is working on improving the size of her Momma Hips.

Sun Drop? Seriously? I have never heard of it!!! I am from TEXAS....surrrrrrrely they have it in Texas...

Nope, my butt is out of control and I have to do something about it. I am eating me a spinach salad and drinking unsweet tea. Little butt here I come. :)
I should have read that before your workout tomorrrow. Wednesday is going to be way worse now!!
Its not in your genetic make up to have a little butt. Sorry.
Anyway, thats my story and I'm sticking with it.
